So, Summer of the Dragon ends next Sunday, and I will be about halfway done with Dragon’s Flame, which is half of what I was hoping to have done. While I could blame my husband, my dog, and my job, I also can’t deny there was writer’s block and the occasional “I must read this!!” novel released along the way.
I have made a prototype fight scene worksheet that I will be using for this book. It incorporates the stuff I learned at my seminars, and I believe it will make my fight scenes much better for you guys. I will be working on my first scene this week, hopefully.
I started photo shopping for the cover of Lost, and while I found a girl I really like for Emma, I can’t find a picture of her that I think will work for cover. It’s something I’m not stressing about for at least six months. I am really excited for Dragon’s cover, and I really want to work on it, but I am determined to wait until the first draft is finished.
I feel like there was a lot more I was going to write about, but I just can’t remember any of it. Probably because my crazy dog is distracting me while she tortures my sick husband. So, remember that all three of my books are available on Kindle Unlimited, and that reviews are very important and very appreciated!!
